One Equity Partners completed the sale of INTREN to MasTec, for $420M. MasTec expands its electrical distribution operations footprint with this acquisition. 

In May, French payment service provider Worldline acquired Greece-based Cardlink Electronic Transaction Network Management & Operation. The acquisition will expand Worldline’s Merchant Services business in the promising Greek market with unique access to the leading local payment acceptance network. 

And finally, Tyto Athene acquired AT&T’s defense sector-focused IT professional services business. AT&T and Tyto have also entered into agreements for opportunities in the DoD IT professional services market. 

In March 2021 Wipro also acquired Australian cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT engineering services company Ampion Holdings for $117M to increase scale and market agility.

Tech giant Accenture announced the acquisition of Oakland-based management consulting services firm Future State, for $45M.

Happiest Minds Technologies acquired US-based Pimcore Global Services for $8.25 million. The acquisition will help create greater digital capital for customers and facilitate onboarding more customer logos of strategic consequence.

IT systems integration and business consulting firm Capco was sold for $1.5B to Indian multinational corporation Wipro

ATM management and transaction processing services company Cardtronics was acquired for $1.7B by the world's leading enterprise technology provider of software, hardware, and services NCR Corporation.

The offshore software development and localization services of Global Logic were acquired for $8.5B by Hitachi.

The federal IT and mission support services business of Northrop Grumman was acquired by Veritas Capital for $3.4B.
